Available Vacancies & Eligibility Criteria
1. Computational Biologist
Role Focus: Leading analysis of single-cell transcriptomics, spatial transcriptomics, and quantitative imaging data to study immune-evasive tumor cell states.
Eligibility:
- PhD in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Biostatistics, or related field.
- Proven experience in single-cell transcriptomics and quantitative imaging analysis.
- Expertise with spatial transcriptomics and multi-omic data integration.
- Strong programming skills in R and/or Python.
2. Postdoctoral Researcher (Cancer Cell States & Metastasis Immunity)
Role Focus: Investigating mechanisms driving breast cancer metastasis and immune-evasion using single-cell omics, high-throughput molecular screening, and preclinical animal models.
Eligibility:
- PhD in Life Sciences.
- Hands-on experience in cancer biology and single-cell techniques.
- Experience with molecular biology screenings and in vivo preclinical models.
3. PhD Student (Breast Cancer mRNA Therapy with Lipid Nanoparticles)
